Every meeting leaves a second job. We want to take it off your hands.
Minutes, summaries, the follow-ups people were promised: the work after the meeting. Why we think it needs AI Teammates, not another dashboard.
Ask anyone with a full calendar how their afternoon went. It usually isn't the work they were hired to do. It's rereading meeting notes to remember who agreed to what, writing up the minutes nobody else will, and drafting the same "just checking in" email for the third time.
That's the second job every meeting leaves behind. Project management tools tried to fix it by giving everyone a place to log it. That helped, but it added a job too. Someone still has to write it all down.
What changed
AI models can now read messy notes, understand who's waiting on whom, and write a decent first draft. In June 2026 Asana relaunched itself as an "operating system for human-agent teams", with AI agents you assign work to. We think they're right about the direction. We also think most people don't want to move all their work into a new project manager to get there.
What we're building
Jaymini is the easiest AI team workspace: you and a crew of AI Teammates, taking on the work after meetings. Today you paste your notes or any text. Connections to Gmail, Google Docs, Slack, Google Calendar and Granola are built and awaiting account setup, and Google Drive, Sheets and more apps are in the app's catalogue, awaiting setup too.
- It drafts the minutes: decisions, owners and deadlines.
- It summarises long notes and documents into what you need to know.
- It writes the follow-ups, and leaves them as drafts until you approve them.
The test we hold ourselves to is simple. Did you get your afternoon back? Did the thing that was promised in the meeting actually happen? Nothing else matters.
The best tool for work about work is one that does it, not one that tracks it.
