Recap and follow-up

Your recap shows up here: what you decided, who does what by when, and a follow-up email you can copy. Paste your notes and press Write recap, or try the sample.

Runs in your browser with simple rules. Your notes are not uploaded or saved, and no AI model reads them. Nothing is emailed or posted.

How to use it

  1. Paste your notes from the call into the box. One point per line works best.
  2. Press Write recap.
  3. Check the result, fix anything it got wrong in the email draft, then copy it into your email.

For better results:

  • Put the person first: Sam: I'll send the prices by Wednesday.
  • Add the day or date on the same line as the task: by Friday, Oct 30, next week.
  • Mark anything still open with a question mark.
  • Write “I'll” or “me to” for your own tasks. They show up as You.

What simple rules miss

This page follows fixed text patterns. It does not understand your notes the way a person does. It can miss a task that has no person in it, like “the logo needs fixing”, and it can mistake a capitalised word for a name. Check the draft before you send anything.

Writing your team's weekly update instead? Try the notes to weekly status update tool. Prefer to write it yourself? Use the client call recap email template.

Want the AI version?

The Jaymini app does this job with an AI model. With the local setup, the model runs on your own computer. Every draft waits for your review, and nothing is sent until you approve it.

Awaiting setup. The Jaymini app is invite-only while we onboard teams, and its cloud AI isn't open to new accounts yet.
