Works today. Simple rules that run in your browser.
Weekly update
Your update shows up here, sorted into done, next, blocked and need help with, plus a version you can copy into Slack, Teams or an email. Paste your notes and press Write update, or try the sample.
Runs in your browser with simple rules. Your notes are not uploaded or saved, and no AI model reads them. Nothing is posted or sent.
How to use it
- Paste your notes from the week into the box. One point per line works best.
- Press Write update.
- Check how it sorted your lines, fix anything in the text, then copy it into Slack, Teams or your email.
For better results:
- Use headings if you have them:
Done:,Next:,Blockers:,Asks:. Every line under a heading goes to that section. - Write finished work in the past tense (shipped, sent, fixed) and planned work with will or a date.
- Say what you're waiting on (waiting on legal) and end a request with a question mark.
What simple rules miss
This page follows fixed text patterns. It does not understand your notes the way a person does. A line that mixes done and planned work is counted as done, and a line with none of the usual words lands under Not sorted. Check the update before you post it.
Have notes from a client call instead? Try the call notes to follow-up email tool. Prefer to write it yourself? Use the weekly status update template.
Want the AI version?
The Jaymini app does this job with an AI model, from your meetings, inbox and tools. Every draft waits for your review, and nothing is posted until you approve it.
Awaiting setup. The Jaymini app is invite-only while we onboard teams, and its cloud AI isn't open to new accounts yet.
